Keith E. Herron graduated from Western Sierra Law School in 1989. He passed the bar months later and started working primarily with Creditor cases. Shortly thereafter he accustomed himself to debtor cases, as he enjoyed helping people in any way he could. He has served on many judicial committees, is involved with local court practices, and was a major influence in implicating the electronic filing system that is so commonly used in the United States Bankruptcy Court and other Federal Courts. Mr. Herron has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching bankruptcy and constitutional law, at Western Law School in San Diego as well as has taught many seminars on the subject of Bankruptcy Law.
